Delete your Wordseal account

In the app: Profile > Delete my account. It usually takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app: email support@wordseal.app from the address on your account asking us to delete it; we match it to your account and process the request. There is no web form on this page.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, language, photo link)
• Your push tokens
• Your subscription and reward record
• Your block list
• Your sign-in account

What is kept

Records shared with the other person or witnesses are not deleted, so their copy stays intact. On those records your name is anonymized as “Deleted user” and the email linked to your account is removed. The names and details the other person entered themselves stay in their copy. The status of open records does not change automatically; we suggest closing them before deleting.

If you have a store subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it; cancel it separately in your store settings.
